Dinner date with babe for our 8 year anniversary 🥂✨We finally went to Harry’s, it’s been on our list to go to. They have one here in WPB and one in NYC. Super chic ambiance. Not too sure if they are anywhere else. Have you been? We went for some surf n turf but heard the pasta is amazing! Stopped for a little night cap at one of our favorite spots afterwards. Cheers to 8 years! 🤍

Salmon Pasta with Pinot Noir 🐟🍷 Making dinner for two (as recent empty-nesters). This dish is super simple, minimal clean-up, and it’s a healthy-ish light pasta dish that we recently added in our rotation. So good!

Ingredients:
Salmon
Fresh spinach
Baby tomatoes
Pasta noodles
Salt, pepper, salmon seasoning, onion powder
Avocado oil
Herb garlic cashew cheese (dairy free) or substitute for a light herb cream cheese
Optional: roasted garlic + fresh basil

Bake in the oven for about 14 minutes on 400 degrees. Enjoy!

I bought 3 fabulous dresses for a night out in Miami, and while I loved the silky pink/black dress and the sheer chocolate brown midi, I thought the gold screamed birthday in Miami! Morning rituals that set the tone for the day 🤍 My daily walks are one of my favorite parts of the day. Fresh air, sun, and a quiet moment to clear my head before everything begins is pure joy for me. If I miss the morning walk, a sunset walk is also a great way to unwind. It’s a reminder that joy doesn’t always come from doing more, sometimes it’s found in slowing down and being present for the simplest moments. So, if you need a reminder to get outside and go for a walk, here it is. Grab a cup of coffee or bottle of water — put on your headphones and hit play on a good playlist, podcast, or listen to an audiobook. Do you have a morning ritual or something in your routine that makes you happy or brings you peace amongst the chaos?

Brow glow-up ✨ A little girly maintenance moment to share… I recently added brow lamination + tint into my routine and honestly, it’s been a game-changer. It’s not always about the big transformations—it’s the subtle ones. My brows look more even and structured, without needing as much daily effort and it definitely cuts down on my morning routine too.

Happy first day of October, soup season is here 🍜 Earlier this week I shared a bit of our weekend, and wanted to share the delicious creamy vegetable soup we enjoyed - perfect for the Ber months. It’s packed with flavor and nutrients - definitely not a basic and bland “veggie soup”. This dish is great on its own or with garlic bread. Really good when paired with chicken or fish. Lmk if you have questions and of course lmk if you make it or plan to! xx

Ingredients:
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash (or yellow zucchini)
5 whole carrots
1 red bell pepper
6 Roma tomatoes
½ yellow onion
1 garlic bulb
olive oil
salt & pepper
Italian seasoning
dried oregano
dried basil
½ cup boiling water
½ cup coconut milk
fresh basil (garnish)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later. Prep and wash all vegetables. Chop the zucchini, squash, carrots, bell pepper, tomatoes, and yellow onion). Add chopped veggies to the baking sheet. Take your garlic bulb and separate the cloves from the bulb but keep their papery skins intact. Add the cloves to the rest of the veggies on the baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over veggies – and season generously. Add veggies to oven to cook. Cook for 25 minutes (or until your veggies look soft and roasted.) Once roasted, add the veggies to a blender –squeezing in the roasted garlic cloves (I use 8 or 9). Add ½ cup of boiling water to blender (add more water if you want a thinner consistency.) Blend. Transfer mixture to a pot on the stove, stir in ½ cup of coconut milk (or milk of your choice). Add more seasoning to taste, stir and enjoy! Garnish soup with fresh basil.

Brunching, browsing, and a slow evening spent in ✨ I feel more and more staying in on a Friday or Saturday night is a luxury. Of course, I love going out to a nice restaurant, but it’s also so satisfying staying in — lounging in cozy pajamas, with a glass of wine, and making dinner slowly at home. What about you 💭 late nights in or out?

Unpopular opinion: I don’t actually love getting my nails done. I’m obsessed with how they look after, but the appointment itself? Not my fave. But give me a pedicure…and I could happily sit for hours getting a foot massage with a drink, scrolling and reading for hours.

I’ve also been giving my nails some TLC lately taking breaks from dip/gel, taking supplements consistently, and using nail oils. It’s made such a difference in my nail health.

So this is the beginning of something new here — m
